Overview

A sixteen year old girl runs from a life of abuse, finds an abandoned cabin on a farm and moves in without anyone knowing. When circumstances force her to leave it, she finds herself dependent upon the farmer who owns the cabin. Taking her in, he insists his extended family accept her presence, which comes with its own set of challenges. His brother's family is hard pressed to accept the notion, but his godson takes an immediate liking to her. Happiness seems like a possibility until her past catches up with her and she becomes a part of an FBI investigation.
